WE ARE CALLED TO FAITHFULNESS !!

Be faithful to God always. Do not be carried away by people’s praises.

By Robyn Emerald

The gifts of the Spirit are not for manipulating believers , or controlling believers or FORCING believers to sow “seeds” . They are to be used for the glory of God , not our own glory. Whatever God is doing through you , is not for your glory , but it’s for his glory .

The gifts of God ” attract” certain temptations , and you need maturity and wisdom to understand that you are just a vessel that God handpicked. We decrease so that he increases.

We are called to conform to Christ , and not to popular beliefs and practices.

“If people want to worship you and you feel that you are worthy of such , know for sure that sin is now knocking at the door of your heart. We point people to Jesus Christ , not to us!!”

Sometimes people pull you into things. But the condition of your heart will determine whether you stand or fall.

At one time Paul and Barnabas were called gods. I wonder what people have called you , but my prayer is that you may be found standing and true in your calling and purpose , that you may be called ” good and faithful servant” . Not everyone will be found faithful beloveth. The most painful words any “man of God” will ever receive are when Jesus says , “Get away from me, l never knew you …”

If people want to worship you and you feel that you are worthy of such , know for sure that sin is now knocking at the door of your heart. We point people to Jesus Christ , not to us!!

Acts 14:11-13
11 The people saw what Paul did. They called with loud voices in the language of the people of Lycaonia, “The gods have become like men and have come down to us.” 12 They said that Barnabas was Jupiter. Paul was called Mercury because he spoke more than Barnabas. 13 The god of Jupiter was in a building near the gate leading into the city. The religious leader of that place brought cattle and flowers to the gate. He and many other people wanted to burn these as gifts in an act of worship to Paul and Barnabas.
